I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey! I am looking for a [preferably female] roommate that would be willing to split rent with me at a property I am renting. - THE DETAILS - The property is a ~1050 sq. ft. townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comes with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator, and washer/dryer. There is a single car garage (either for a car or for storage), a car port, and the driveway fits 2 cars as well--parking on the street is always allowed too! There will be one of two rooms open to rent depending on what you need, both share a bathroom. The house also has a backyard with a patio if you need some outdoor time or storage area. The garbage is located in an alleyway behind the house and the recycling bin is kept near the house. The house is located roughly 1.5 miles from the Tempe campus (a 10 minute bike ride) and sits on one of the Orbit bus routes (a 20 minute bus ride and a 2-3 minute walk from the house to the bus stop) so it is in a great location if you are a student! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with really friendly neighbors (the ones next door actually keep a little garden between the properties), so it is perfect if you need study time. I currently own a very friendly cat and a fish so if you have allergies, beware! The property owner is pet-friendly though so feel free to bring along your furry friend. I would like to note, however, that my cat is NOT exceptionally socialized with other cats/dogs, but other small animals are completely fine. I am a relatively quiet person so I won't be throwing parties every weekend or anything. However, if you want to throw one every once in a while, I'm totally down for it! I'm totally cool with someone who wants to keep to themselves or somebody who wants to hang out and socialize as well, I just ask that you help keep the community areas of the house clean! Also hopefully you at least like cats because I can guarantee my cat will snuggle with you if you want him too. - THE COST - The rent is a total of about $950 per month +/- utilities and 1.8% tax. The owner would like each roommate to sign an individual lease, so if you are interested I can send you his information. - IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND WE CAN ARRANGE TO MEET AND DISCUSS THE DETAILS. I CAN ALSO GET YOU THE OWNER'S CONTACT INFORMATION AT THAT POINT IN TIME AS WELL AS ANY OTHER INFORMATION YOU MAY NEED. -
