I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi there! My name is Dani and I am currently looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. It is about a 10 min drive to ASU Tempe campus. I am going into my Junior year in Computer Science and am working on my Computer Gaming certificate. I am a hard working individual and when I am not studying I'm usually playing video games in my free time (I'm definitely the nerdy type of person). So if you are interested in a nice, quiet household or would like more information, send me as message! Rent for your portion would be around ~400. No pets and no smoking. Thanks!

I need a roommate with a property.

Hey guys, I need a place to live for the fall semester. I am going to be traveling to Africa in the Spring to collect data for my masters degree. I am pretty easy to live with. I hope to hear from you!

I need a roommate with a property.

I'm a transfer student from UConn, who was tired of the cold weather and being stuck inside. Coming out to ASU for my last two years and I plan on tking advantage of everything it has to offer. Looking to spend up to $800 a month for housing and would prefer to be with roommates who will be taking summer classes since I plan on doing so for my minor. I'm not too loud or messy, but I can deal with people who are. I'm a pretty easy going person in general and got along great with my roommates at Uconn and hope to meet some cool people next semester. Text me a 203-885-9618

I have a property and need a roommate.

I have an approximately 700 square foot one bedroom at Central Ave and Indian School in Phoenix, and I'm looking for someone to assume the lease around August 12 (date negotiable). This isn't a sublet, and you wouldn't have a roommate. I'm selling all the furniture, too, so if you need it just ask. This would be perfect for an individual or couple at ASU-Downtown or ASU Law. The complex is literally across the street from the light rail station. Rent is $870 + bills; I can send more pics if you ask.

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi there! I'm going to be a grad student in the fall and have taken on the daunting task of finding a roommate in a state where I know absolutely no one. So anyone else is in the same boat, we may be a good fit! I'm looking for 1 or 2 female roommates and looking to spend $400-$500 for rent. I'm clean, easygoing, and keep to myself for the most part. Please don't hesitate to contact me at nao7d3@mail.missouri.edu if you're interested :)

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am going to be a Sophomore for the 2016-2017 year and am looking for a roommate in the Tempe area! I already have a 3 bedroom place and am looking for a roommate to move in with me. Rent would be about $400 + 1/3 utilities(Electric and Internet only). My parents will pay for water, trash, and gas. Everything will be furnished except for the bedrooms. The unit also has an indoor laundry and I am providing a washer and dryer. I have a small dog living with me so oets are allowed depending on what kind. There is also a community pool.
