I have a property and need a roommate.

I live in a beautiful and recently remodeled 3 bedroom/2bathroom house off of Thomas and 3rd St (close to the light rail!) with an awesome 27 year old professional female who is employed full time. Would be perfect for a student at the Downtown campus. She does have 1 dog, but she is chill and well behaved. I have to move out ASAP and am looking for someone to take my space in the house. Private room with your own bathroom and plenty of storage. The house has a huge backyard and plenty of space inside. Please contact me with any questions!

Hello! My roommate and I are currently living in a 3bd/1.5Ba house about 7mins from ASU-Tempe. It has 3 nice sized rooms, and a gorgeous back yard with a pool. If the rent is split 3 ways it makes it $475 each, plus about $150 in utilities each. If you and your friends are interested in discussing more logistics pleas dont hesitate to contact me. I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi there! My name is Dani and I am currently looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. It is about a 10 min drive to ASU Tempe campus. I am going into my Junior year in Computer Science and am working on my Computer Gaming certificate. I am a hard working individual and when I am not studying I'm usually playing video games in my free time (I'm definitely the nerdy type of person). So if you are interested in a nice, quiet household or would like more information, send me as message! Rent for your portion would be around ~400. No pets and no smoking. Thanks!
