I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey there! I am looking for a Christian male roommate for the next semester/year. I have found a rental in Gilbert (on Warner between McQueen and Cooper) and it is $1100 total per month. I have not signed the lease for it yet, and there is a $500 security deposit. I am a ROTC student and my major is Electrical Engineering. If you are interested, contact me at 480-861-5942.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello! My roommate and I are currently living in a 3bd/1.5Ba house about 7mins from ASU-Tempe. It has 3 nice sized rooms, and a gorgeous back yard with a pool. If the rent is split 3 ways it makes it $475 each, plus about $150 in utilities each. If you and your friends are interested in discussing more logistics pleas dont hesitate to contact me. I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi there! My name is Dani and I am currently looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. It is about a 10 min drive to ASU Tempe campus. I am going into my Junior year in Computer Science and am working on my Computer Gaming certificate. I am a hard working individual and when I am not studying I'm usually playing video games in my free time (I'm definitely the nerdy type of person). So if you are interested in a nice, quiet household or would like more information, send me as message! Rent for your portion would be around ~400. No pets and no smoking. Thanks!

I need a roommate with a property.

I'm a transfer student from UConn, who was tired of the cold weather and being stuck inside. Coming out to ASU for my last two years and I plan on tking advantage of everything it has to offer. Looking to spend up to $800 a month for housing and would prefer to be with roommates who will be taking summer classes since I plan on doing so for my minor. I'm not too loud or messy, but I can deal with people who are. I'm a pretty easy going person in general and got along great with my roommates at Uconn and hope to meet some cool people next semester. Text me a 203-885-9618

I have a property and need a roommate.

I have an approximately 700 square foot one bedroom at Central Ave and Indian School in Phoenix, and I'm looking for someone to assume the lease around August 12 (date negotiable). This isn't a sublet, and you wouldn't have a roommate. I'm selling all the furniture, too, so if you need it just ask. This would be perfect for an individual or couple at ASU-Downtown or ASU Law. The complex is literally across the street from the light rail station. Rent is $870 + bills; I can send more pics if you ask.
