I have a property and need a roommate.

My name is Krystal. I am 21 years old, but I am very low key, quiet, and clean. I currently have an apartment in Mesa, but my roommate is graduating and moving out of state after the spring semester. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and fully furnished. The apartment has its own washer and dryer and deck. The complex has multiple pools and grilling areas and is located right next to the light rail (it's about a 5-10min walk to the closest station.) I have a dog myself, so pets are okay. Rent in $410 not including utilities (water, trash, electricity, sewage). I plan on leasing this apartment at least until I graduate (most likely in the spring of 2018) so I'm hoping to find something long term. Please message me if you're interested in being my new roommate!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, one mile off of campus in the Maple-Ash neighborhood. I am currently paying $600 a month for the master bedroom which has its own bathroom and it includes a parking spot in the garage. The house has a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also has a brand new washing machine and a dryer. There are two other male roommates living there that are both seniors. I am looking for someone to take over the lease starting January 1st going until July 31st. I will be moving out mid December so you can move in once I have moved out, but you won't have to start paying until January. The current rent I pay is $600, but I am willing to negotiate that. Contact me if you are interested at my email address:

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a law student, and my wife and I will be moving to DC for the semester. We're hoping to sublease our condo to a responsible person or persons. We pay $1000 per month, but would consider heavily subsidizing the place for the right person(s) down to $750. It's about 10-15 min from ASU right down Rio Salado and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Email or text me at (208) 949-8355 if you're interested.

I need a roommate with a property.

Hello there. My name's Ryan. I'm looking for a place to live while I attend ASU downtown. I'm a sports journalism major who's very personable but also a little nerdy. I love sports and video games as well as music. I'm clean while not being anal about it. I'm very respectful of other people and get along with most people I meet. Let me know if anyone here would be interested in having me as a roommate. Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon!
